Job Description
- Department: Management Location: Mohali Type: Full-Time As a Solutions Architect, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Your primary responsibility will be to work with the Go to Market organization to generate and develop technical strategies and solutions for new and existing clients across all our digital services. You will play a key role in creating trusted partnerships, where tecHindustan delivers large-scale innovation and digital platforms tailored to the unique needs of various businesses. Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native solutions for web, mobile, and eCommerce platforms Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in software development Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs Develop and maintain detailed architectural diagrams and documentation Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of solutions Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements to existing systems Requirements: 8-10 years of hands-on development experience in Java or .NET open-source projects 5-6 years of experience in designing and implementing cloud-native solutions for web, mobile, and eCommerce systems Proven experience in creating end-to-end solution designs for at least five unique systems/projects Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to technical challenges Proficiency in visualizing and documenting solution designs and architecture Full-stack development knowledge, including frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend (Java, C#, SQL, NoSQL) technologies Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD and automated testing Should have good experience in providing solutions to support Pre-sales Desirable: Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment What is in it for you: At tecHindustan you will build your career in a proven successful high-growth company with unique service offerings on the market You will challenge conventional ways of working You will be a part of a learning ecosystem with access to training and self-development opportunities You will join a culture with a strong social responsibility You will be part of a creative and dynamic team that works to the highest ethical standards,
