- Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with over 6 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and customizing solutions within Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Power Automate, JavaScript, C#, and the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including Forms, Entities, Business Process Flows (BPF), Business Rules (BR), Workflows, and Customer Voice Survey/File functionalities. Key Responsibilities: Development and Customization: Design and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. Configure entities, forms, views, and dashboards to meet business requirements. Develop and deploy custom workflows, plugins, and Business Process Flows (BPF). Integration and Automation: Implement integrations with external systems using Power Automate, APIs, and custom connectors. Develop automated solutions for business processes using Power Automate and C#. Customer Voice and Survey Management: Configure and manage Customer Voice surveys and related files. Implement survey-related integrations and analyze response data within Dynamics 365. Client and Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Conduct impact analysis and provide technical solutions aligning with business goals. Scripting and Custom Code Development: Write advanced JavaScript for form customizations and client-side scripting. Develop server-side logic and integrations using C#. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within the Dynamics 365 environment. Ensure optimal system performance, security, and scalability. Key Skills and Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. Strong expertise in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 forms, entities, and Business Process Flows (BPF). Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation and process integration. Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and web resources for client-side customizations. Proficiency in C# for plugin and custom workflow development. Experience with Business Rules (BR) and Workflows. Knowledge of Customer Voice Survey/File configurations and integrations. Familiarity with REST APIs, OData, and Web Services for integration with external systems. Strong understanding of data modeling, relationships, and security roles in Dynamics 365. Experience with version control systems like Git and ALM tools. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or related certifications. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus. Knowledge of Azure services for integrations (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus). Strong communication and collaboration skills.,
