- Job Title: Technical Architect (Architect/Software Architect) Experience: 10+ Years Location: Remote CTC: 18 LPA - 24 LPA Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Required Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect to design and lead the development of scalable and robust software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the MERN/MEAN stack and a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure on AWS. As a Technical Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, ensure high-quality technical standards, and deliver state-of-the-art solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of complex software applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical goals. Architect and implement scalable, reliable, and secure solutions using the MERN/MEAN stack and AWS cloud technologies. Create and maintain architectural blueprints, technical documentation, and coding standards. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine the architecture and technology stack. Provide technical mentorship to development teams and ensure high-quality deliverables. Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies to drive innovation. Ensure the overall system architecture and technology choices meet performance, scalability, and security needs. Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies. Participate in code and design reviews to maintain best practices. Key Skills: Proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) or MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). Strong experience in AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation. Expertise in software architecture design patterns, microservices, and serverless architecture. Strong understanding of RESTful API design, WebSocket communication, and distributed systems. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes). Proficiency in version control tools like Git and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong leadership and communication skills. Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and architecture. Proven experience in architecting solutions with a focus on performance and scalability. AWS Certified Solutions Architect (preferred) or similar certifications.,
