Job Description

Job Description Responsibilities: l Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences l Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals l Set specific objectives and report on ROI l Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) l Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics l Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency l Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews l Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout) l Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions l Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications Requirements and skills l Good to have Social Media Manager skills: l Proven work experience as a Social media manager l Hands on experience in content management l Excellent copywriting skills l Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) l Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics l Knowledge of online marketing channels Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Experience: total work: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
