Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and certified Surgery Coders/Senior Coders to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidates will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in surgery coding, with a strong understanding of coding guidelines and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate coding for surgical procedures using appropriate coding systems.
• Ensure compliance with all coding guidelines and standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate documentation.
• Review and validate clinical documentation to ensure proper coding practices.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior coders as needed.

Qualifications:

• Certification in medical coding (CPC, CCS, or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in surgery coding.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
