Job Description
- Responsibilities Design and produce creative and eye-catching layouts using Adobe InDesign, adhering to brand guidelines and project requirements. Create and modify templates, style sheets, and master pages in InDesign to ensure consistency and efficiency in design production. Select and manipulate images, illustrations, and graphics to enhance the visual impact and effectively communicate the intended message. Incorporate typography and color schemes that align with the brand's identity and target audience. Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continually enhance design skills and knowledge. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines without compromising on quality. Review and proofread designs for errors, ensuring accuracy in spelling, grammar, and formatting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product, and sales, to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in graphic design, with a focus on print materials and InDesign projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. Familiarity with pre-press processes and print production techniques. Attention to detail, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Knowledge of digital design and multimedia software is a plus.
