Job Description
- Position: Technical Lead Work Mode: Hybrid Profile Summary:- You will primarily work with the latest versions of Python, various python libraries and frameworks, MongoDB and others. You will also be expected to learn new technologies and apply that knowledge in creating new prototypes. You are also expected to mentor more junior team members. Job Functions:- Develop and deploy RAG solutions to integrate generative AI models with external knowledge bases for contextual responses Build and optimize multi-agent systems to support complex workflows and dynamic interactions Design, develop, and maintain APIs to expose AI services for integration with external applications Work with Azure OpenAI Assistant API to interact with the LLM Fine-tune, customize, and deploy generative AI models for diverse use cases Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and engineers, to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions. Conduct rigorous testing, monitoring, and optimization of AI models to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance. Stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI, multi-agent systems, and retrieval-based technologies, incorporating relevant innovations into solutions. Guide and train less experienced engineers Makes recommendations regarding technology selection from languages to libraries, frameworks, and cloud-based services. Our criteria for success is the ability to rapidly create reliable, scalable, and maintainable modern solutions. Required Skills & Experience:- 5+ years of experience in Python 1+ years of experience in building RAG solutions, integrating LLMs with knowledge bases or vector databases like Mongo DB Proficiency with Azure OpenAI Assistant and other Azure OpenAI APIs, including model fine-tuning and deployment Experience with building and managing multi-agent systems for AI workflows Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, development, and integration Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning of LLM Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills & Experience:- Scaling AI solutions in production environments Database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data engineering workflows Cloud platforms like Azure and DevOps practices Leading AI frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex Leading AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI Integration with and deployment of Hugging Face models Machine Learning including deep learning using TensorFlow & Keras or PyTorch,
