- JiBe, a dynamic SaaS B2B product company, is seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to lead and manage the Team. Team Lead Recruiter We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead Recruiter to join our company on a full-time basis. As the Team Lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters to source, attract, interview, and hire top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience and a proven track record in talent acquisition. Job Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to meet recruitment targets and KPIs. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements. Source and screen candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process to identify the best candidates. Manage the offer process, negotiations, and onboarding of new hires. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. Utilize recruitment metrics to analyze and improve recruitment processes. Required Skills: Proven experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Team Lead. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Leadership and team management skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Previous experience in leading a team of recruiters is preferred. Certification in HR or Recruitment is a plus.
