Job Description

JD for Sales Operations Executive_Back Office

• Assure all Order Booked PO are received.
• Delivery order to be issued of the ready material
• Making Sales Order & Order confirmation sending to the customer.
• Assure OC are prepared in 48-72 Hours form PO received.
• Cross Check OC is prepared in accordance with PO received.
• Making Inquires & Quotation in SAP.
• Follow up for Signed Order Confirmation.
• Updating cancellation of order due to various reason & short closing to low quantity after dispatch
• If any return of vehicle due to any reason updating the same in SAP System & making all the necessary arrangement to close the issue.
• Releasing container planning after approval from Account managers.
• Co-ordination with SAP, QC and PPC team for matters relating to any Sap ISSUE.
• Entry of Quality claims in the SAP
• Making debit notes and credit notes in SAP.
• direct communication with customers for Dispatch

Skills Required-

Excel, ERP/SAP Knowledge.
