Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, prospecting potential customers, and closing sales deals.
Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our products to customers, using a consultative sales approach to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Provide pre-sales support to customers, including providing product information, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any after-sales issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis, contributing to the overall success of the showroom.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, including customer interactions and sales performance, and report on these to the sales manager.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong backend coordination skills to ensure efficient order processing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation and target-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of the furniture industry is a plus.
