Job Description

Experience: 10+ years in IT, including 4+ years as a Red Hat Linux L3 Admin. 6+ years in OpenShift Administration. Key Skills: Strong ITIL knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change Management). Proficient in Containers and Orchestrations (Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, OpenShift, RHACM). Expertise in OpenShift (v3.x & v4.x) cluster management, upgrades, and migrations. Advanced Linux systems and scripting for automation. Skilled in Ansible, CI/CD tools, Helm charts, and deployment automation. Strong OpenShift security, capacity planning, and performance tuning. Hands-on with Kubernetes core components (DNS, Kube Proxy, Ingress). Experience in OpenShift project onboarding, authentication, roles, and certificate management. Proficient in monitoring/logging tools and disaster recovery strategies. Additional Skills: Exposure to Azure Cloud (advantageous). Experience with hardware management (Dell, Lenovo). Integration with tools like ServiceNow and Elasticsearch. Soft Skills: Strong communication, client interaction, and proactive problem-solving. Flexible for rotational and night shifts in a 24x7 setup. Certification: OpenShift Administration (mandatory).,
