What you will be doing: Building Workday solutions, identifying improvement opportunities whilst also reengineering processes for greater efficiency. Managing Workday upgrades and identifying opportunities to implement new functionality as it arrives. Consulting with customers and advising on practices to maximize the effectiveness of our HR system solutions. Arranging and conducting tests and ensuring our customers have the training and tools required. What you will need: Excellent, demonstrable analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills. Two years or more Workday system configuration experience, including (but not limited to), HCM, Business Processes and creating calculations or validation rules. A bachelors in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience. Ideally you will also have some or all of: Workday configuration experience Extensive Workday end user experience Workday reporting building experience Experience of HR activities involving HR systems What we offer you: A career at FIS is more than just a job.
