Job Description
1. The candidate should be capable of managing the site independent.
2. The candidate shall be capable of planning, scheduling and monitoring the activities on site using Gantt chart.
3. The candidate should have excellent communication skillsets.
4. The candidate should have hands on experience on autocad, ms word and shall strictly adhere to the construction management and techniques.
5. The candidate shall be capable of creating on job cost report for every activity on site.
6. The candidate shall be capable of communicating with design team on war foot basis and should also be capable of understanding the GFC drawings
7. The candidate should be flexible and ready for work schedule 24*7 if required for pilot projects.
8. The candidate should be capable of driving the junior engineers and get the work done based on the proposed activities.
9. The candidate shall also have leadership skillsets and capable of delivering the activities on time.
10. The candidate shall abide by the reporting formats and follow the in-house checklists.
11. The candidate shall also be capable of performing field tests on the materials on site.
Required Candidate profile
- Candidate should be well versed in MS Office, AutoCAD and Primevera
- Preferred Locations available are Hosur, Chennai, Bangalore and Coimbatore
