- Job Description: Project Manager Civil & MEP (Corporate Fit-Out Preferred) Position: Project Manager Experience: 5-7 Years (Corporate Fit-Out Experience Preferred) Locaon: Sultanpur, New Delhi Industry: Construction / Interior Fit-Out / Project Management Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with experience in Civil Engineering and MEP to lead and manage construction and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in project planning, scheduling, BOQ preparation, Contract management, stakeholder coordination, and financial oversight. A strong understanding of cash flow management, revenue tracking, and client handling is essenal. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Primavera P6 is required. Key Responsibilies: Project Planning & Execuon: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and timelines using MS Project/Primavera P6. Coordinate and oversee civil and MEP works to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project progress, risks, and quality. BOQ, Cost Esmaon & Financial Management: Prepare Bill of Quanes (BOQ), cost esmates, and budget forecasts. Monitor project cash flow, revenue tracking, and cost control measures to opmize profitability. Ensure effecve cost planning and resource allocaon. Tender & Contracts Management: Review and manage tender documents, contracts, and vendor negoaons. Ensure compliance with contractual obligaons, project specificaons, and legal requirements. Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Manage stakeholder expectaons and maintain strong client relaonships to ensure sasfacon. Conduct regular project review meengs to update stakeholders on progress, risks, and soluons. Site & Team Management: Oversee on-site construcon acvies, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors for seamless execuon. Ensure proper resource allocaon and workforce management. Technical & Soware Proficiency: Ulize AutoCAD for technical drawings and layout reviews. Develop and track schedules using MS Project/Primavera P6. Interpret and coordinate MEP layouts with civil construcon acvies. Qualificaons & Skills: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 5-7 years of experience in construcon project management, preferably in corporate fit-outs. Strong understanding of Civil & MEP works. Experse in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Primavera P6. Proficiency in BOQ preparaon, cost esmaon, cash flow management, and revenue tracking. Strong stakeholder management, client handling, and negoaon skills. Excellent leadership, communicaon, and problem-solving abilies. Preferred Experience: Corporate interior fit-out projects with fast-track execuon. Managing mulple stakeholders and handling client expectaons effecvely.,
