Job Description

As a Technical Lead Dot Net, you will: Interact with clients to gather and understand their requirements. Analyze business requirements to determine suitable technical solutions. Architect and design detailed technical solutions based on business needs. Utilize appropriate data modeling and application design techniques. Create and maintain technical documentation as per Quality Management System (QMS) standards and project needs. Assist in providing effort and schedule estimates for projects. Participate in Request for Proposals (RFPs) to offer technical solutions and effort estimates. Actively engage in design reviews and code reviews. Guide team members in using and contributing to reusable components. Skills Required: 7+ Years of relevant experience in ASP.NET technologies, SQL Server, and application design and architecture. Expertise in developing applications using ASP.NET MVC. Proficiency in creating and managing APIs with ASP.NET. Strong knowledge of SQL Server for database management and querying. Experience with .NET Core for modern application development. Proficiency in using jQuery for client-side scripting. Strong skills in JavaScript for enhancing user interfaces and client-side functionality. Familiarity with DevExpress server-side third-party controls used in the APAS scheduling application. Ability to design and architect technical solutions effectively. Skills in creating technical documentation and providing technical training. Experience in coaching and mentoring team members to build technical capabilities.,
