Job Description
- We are looking for ASP.NET Technical Leads who will be able to develop and support existing applications. As a Tech Lead, you will coordinate and manage a team of development resources to enforce the process and review developers" output to ensure predictability and quality of deliverables. You will be responsible to understand the requirement and create applications in line with the technology stack, ensuring functional and non-functional requirements are captured and delivered. Responsibilities: Ability to set realistic expectations and honour commitments and lead a team of 5 to 10 developers Iterative approach to development, using short development cycles and frequent builds Develop overall technical strategies for external client projects from technical requirements Communicate with external clients on a regular basis regarding progress, challenges, timelines and end results of client projects Mentor and oversee off-shore developers Create technical estimations Present technical strategies to clients and gather technical requirements as needed Perform a mix of maintenance and new development as required Work closely with project managers and account managers to ensure that client expectations are met and that the team adheres to project schedules and budgets Requirements: 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in software design and development, database design and development, and system integration Passion for technology to learn & apply technical advancements with minimum supervision Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, specifically: .NET/ASP.NET/.Net Core development Ability to develop secure solutions and knowledge of industry best practices regarding information security and defensive development Knowledge in DevOps and Azure would be a plus Ability to work in a collaborative team environment Object Oriented Programming / Object Oriented Design (OOP/OOD) Location: Kolkata,
