Job Description
- Responsibilities 3D Modeling & Optimization : Create and optimize 3D models for our products, advertisements, website pages, and more. Ensure a high level of detail and realism in all your models. Visual Style & Collaboration Collaborate closely with the art team to establish and maintain a consistent visual style across our 3D assets. Generate creative 3D concepts for ads and marketing materials, actively participating in brainstorming sessions. Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing Provide guidance and mentorship to junior artists, fostering a collaborative and learning environment. Technical Expertise & Innovation Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in 3D software and technologies. Continuously improve your skills and explore new techniques to enhance the visual impact of our products and marketing efforts. Project Management & Communication Effectively manage multiple 3D projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with designers, marketing professionals, and other team members. Adapt to changing priorities and clearly communicate project progress and challenges. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field (preferred). Strong proficiency in industry-standard 3D software (i.e., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max). Experience with texturing and shading tools (i.e., Substance Painter, Photoshop). Solid understanding of lighting, composition, and rendering techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
