Design, build and deploy information security programs and solution that protect MindTickle and its customers
against information security risks.
Act as the single point of contact for all security-related communications with customers and prospects, including RFIs/RFPs
Own internal and external audit projects, including planning, scoping, need analysis, ongoing project management,
communications with all relevant stakeholders.
Work with cross org teams to drive security & compliance-related projects, including sales, customer success,
product and engineering.
Automate manual tasks related to RFPs, audits and regular compliance programs.
Update existing and create new policies & procedures, in line with regulatory & audit requirements.
Desired Qualification:
3-5 years of experience in information security and compliance, with exposure to cloud software platforms.
certification in CISSP,CISA,CISM,CIRSC or CEH preferable.
familiarity with SOC2,GDPR, and other applicable regulatory and compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and issue resolution skills,
Excellent analytical skills, organizational skills, ingenuity and the ability to work as part of a team.
Experience of managing information security audits (SOC audits, VAPT tests, DR tests, etc.) and risk management processes.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, take initiatives and drive the complex projects.
