IT Infrastructure Management Helpdesk Desktop Engineer with Azure Knowledge Experience 7+ Years Location Navi Mumbai , Notice period Immediate up to 30 days Must have skill set Service desk , ITIL , Azure , Desktop/ Laptop support Good communication Skill. Rotational Shift is there, Location should be near to Ghatkopar, Vidya Vihar and Kurla . Job Heading We are looking for a passionate individual, having computer science/IT UG/PG background with 7+ Years of experience and expertise in Desktop Helpdesk support with must to have knowledge in Azure environment including Azure VDI, zScalar and intune. Desirable Profile 1.Technical Skills: L2 protocols, Network Infrastructure, Windows Server, Linux server, DNS, TCPIP, SMTP Email Server configuration, load balancer. 2.Good communication skills and logical ability is mandatory. 3.The knowledge of network, firewalls, load balancer, API gateway, flapping, Network monitoring, coordinating with network vendor, last mile. 4.MCSE, CCNA, or similar certifications desirable. 5.Must to have knowledge of troubleshooting in Azure, Intune, zScalar, Azure VDI. 6.Other general responsibilities as instructed by management.,
