- Providing clarity on impediments in Sourcing / Hiring & proposing Solutions for process Improvements.
- Completion of Hiring Targets on a MOM basis & achieving Stakeholder satisfaction .
- Interviewing candidates & Conducting Salary Negotiations. Discussions & Approvals of Salaries with respective Department/Stakeholders.
- Maintaining Communication with candidates Post Offer Reduction of Dropouts after Offer.
- Team management, Management Recruitment Consultants ( from sharing requirements to Billing).
- Prepare / Maintain Recruitment MIS.
- Contribute to Digitization , Requirement Specification , Testing & Implementation of relevant Module.
