Job Description
- Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Back-End Developer with extensive experience in Node.js and a proven track record in the SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 5years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems for scalable SaaS applications. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for building and optimizing the server-side logic, ensuring high performance, and integrating with various front-end elements developed by your colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Design & Development: Develop robust, scalable, and secure server-side applications using Node.js. API Integration: Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs to support front-end services and external clients. Database Management: Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design, optimization, and query performance tuning. Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy and manage cloud-based applications, preferably on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Security: Implement data protection measures and manage access controls to safeguard sensitive data. Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability. Testing & Debugging: Write and maintain unit tests, troubleshoot, and debug production issues. Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for internal use and for other developers. Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in back-end development, with a strong focus on Node.js. SaaS Expertise: Proven experience working in the SaaS industry, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of SaaS applications. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. In-depth knowledge of Node.js and its core frameworks (e.g., Sails.js, Loopback). Experience with database management (SQL and NoSQL). Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices. Understanding of API design and development. Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Security Practices: Strong understanding of security best practices in back-end development. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues effectively. Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative on-site environment.,
