We are hiring for International voice process for one of the MNC's

It is a permanent Work from Home.

Position Duration: We would be hiring permanent/FTE roles . Permanent role depends on the overall experience, online test score calibrations and final Ops/HR round.

Experienced - Min7 Months

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Minimum qualification Degree/Diploma/ 12th Pass.
2. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal),
3. Excellent composition skills - ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses.
4. Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
5. Candidate should be flexible with 24/7 shift along rotational week offs.

Interview Process:-

Assessment English communication and Written Skills

HR/OPS Round.

Note: All rounds are elimination rounds.

Compensation:-

3.50 To 4.20 Lpa + NSA + Meal Coupons + Insurance + Internet Allowance

Additional Benefits:-

1. Sodexo Meal Card INR 1100 Per month i.e. 13,200/- PA.
2. Night Shift Allowance INR 150/Night.
3. Overtime Allowance as per company policy.
4. Internet Reimbursement/Work from Home allowance INR 1,250 Per month i.e. 15000/- PA.
5. Desktop will be provided along with UPS for Amazon for Work.
6. Five days working.
7. Rotational Shifts (24/7)
