Job Description
- Responsible for Preventive, Breakdown and Corrective Maintenance of Chiller, HVAC, Captive Generation, Air Compressor and all Mechanical Systems.
- To lead and Monitoring Day to day activity of Plant operation, Diesel Generators, Screw Compressors, UPS, Chiller, HVAC system, Pumps and all Mechanical Systems.
- Preparation of Preventive maintenance Schedule and Review as per plan
- Contractor Coordination and Ensure pre-authorization to work for the workplace safety through Work Permits.
- Handling and ordering the materials through SAP.
- Steering the operations based on plant KPIs
- Responsible for Maintain 5S for entire plant.
- Ensuring statutory compliance.
- Responsible to ensure adherence to quality and HSE of the business unit operation
- Responsible to maintain and improve employee relations.
- Building of next levels to act as proxy and succession planning
- Responsible to coordinate with other corporate functions, Business Units and Lead Plants for operational success and business growth with profitability.
- Responsibility for Planning of New construction, expansion, and Modification.
- Planning : Space planning, office accommodation, furniture s etc
- Effective Cost control mindset.
