- Key Responsibilities : a Gathering information about functionality, features, and flows of software tools b Planning, creating, updating, and delivering documentation products This includes online help, release notes, user guides, reference manuals, application notes, and tutorials c Interacting with project teams and other technical writers d Evaluating information needs of customers and developing creative solutions to address them e Working in an agile development environment and having the ability to gather inform
- Technical Experience : a Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain it to users without ambiguity b Excellent written and verbal communication c Ability to write for technical audience d Ability to ask pertinent questions to establish customer use models and context for using tools e Experience working unsupervised, as part of a team, and with overseas development teams f Ability to create customer-focused content using user personas and customer research g Exceptional English and communication skill
