Office Assistant / Female only Immediate Join We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Responsibilities and Duties Schedule and plan meetings and appointments Mail to clients in timely manner Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues Maintain trusting relationships with students, customers and colleagues Perform receptionist duties when needed interact with students and promoting online Ensure proper mail distribution to clients and superior daily Manage phone calls and emails Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities A team player with leadership skills BE/BBA/Btec will be preferred Job Type: Full-time location: 3D-LABS #2nd Floor,Mumbai Complex, Beside Megha Theatre(opposite rajdhani theater) Dilsukhnagar.Hyderabad, India.
