Job Description: Your way to impact You will own the data quality of martech platforms and products, productization and delivery of the test solutions to improve productivity, test efficiency and scale to support our business growth. Create robust data quality framework to assess, monitor, and report the quality of data across various systems and platforms Deliver high-quality results from initial concepts. In your day-to-day role you will: Design, develop and maintain data quality automation test cases, writing test report. Implement best practices for data quality, integrity, and security to ensure reliable campaign targeting, analytics and reporting. Continuous improvement on testing efficiency by leveraging new testing techniques and tools. Approaching the problem, taking into account all possibilities and options. Creativity and out of the box thinking is required. Proactively anticipating problems and appropriately communicating to the team and management in a timely manner. Being flexible and being able to support all functions of product life cycle when required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Be a Mentor for the junior members in the organization. What do you need to bring: A bachelors degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of technical education and work experience 8-12 years of experience in the Data Quality, Data Engineering fields Extensive SQL, Python experience to develop and maintain data quality scripts, tools, and frameworks. Nice to have working experience in Salesforce Development, CDP, Data Cloud, or Marketing Automation Platforms like (Pardot, Marketo, Adobe experience platform and Adobe journey optimizer.) Expert-level knowledge of SQL for complex data querying and manipulation Experience working in GCP, Hadoop big data environments Strong understanding of data quality concepts, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
