- Responsible for leading a team to implement new business initiatives for distribution business unit by following a rigorous process of market, product, channel, supplier and financial evaluation while delivering sales targets from these initiatives.
- Leverage the channel (Distributors Stockists, Dealers, Retailers) to address the customer applications & nurturing them for technical capability enhancement.
- Own growth target for the segments and achieve the annual sales KPIs
- To gain market share within the Region.
