- 5 - 7 Years 1 Opening Pune Role description Skill : strong in sql coding Shift : US Shift Job Loc : Pune,Hyderbad,Bangalore, Trivandrum Exp : 5- 7 Years Notice Period : Immediate Key Responsibilities Perform Level 2 certification processes on members and claims data submitted by client plans to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Analyze reports generated on the portal for the client to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in data quality and perform Level-2 certification. Conduct thorough reviews and audits of data submissions, ensuring adherence to established data definition mapping and guidelines. Maintain comprehensive documentation of certification processes, issues, and corrective actions taken. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the data operations team, to resolve data issues and ensure timely submission of data from Blues. Generate reports on data certification outcomes and quality metrics for stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare or insurance environment. Strong understanding of healthcare data, including claims data, member data, and industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL or Databricks or Tableau, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
