Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Network Support Engineer role located in Manesar. The Network Support Engineer will be responsible for configuring, setting up, and maintaining networking devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls. They will also provide network support and troubleshooting for customers, respond to network-related incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve network. issues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics and communication or Computer science or a related field. Freshers/ experience with strong communication skills is required. Relevant network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar is preferred Experience in configuring and supporting networking devices, such as switches, routers, and firewalls Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN,
