• Merchant Acquisition Drive Acceptance in prioritized CASA Base Focus on identifies and new segments Regular merchant visits to identify the requirements of the merchant and provide appropriate solutions
• Portfolio Interventions Drive Volumes and float by addition other modes of payment in the existing merchants
• Enabling Digital Acceptance on Key Government accounts Identify opportunities and driving inactive/nil merchant activation by providing technical and visibility support
• Driving Debi card/ biz debit card strategy Enabling commercial card payments / Bulk payments Drive and Sustain Market Share Product & Platform Development Creation of New Product platforms as per the segments identified Commercial Cards solution for select segments Create Cross Sell Solution
