Minimum qualification:

B.B.A./ B.com / MBA / M.com/ CA Inter.

Designation: Accountant(SME).

Shift: 24/7 (UK Shift).

Experience: 2 - 5 Year relevant experience.

Accounts Payable:

Job Description:

• Validates accuracy of indexing done on invoices
• Validates existence of liability by doing 2-way matching of vendors invoices with issued purchase orders.
• Reconciles vendors statements with clients sub-ledgers
• Processes travel and expense claims in accordance with clients policies
• Codes travel and expense reports
• Responds to vendor queries and issues resolution
• Sends daily update reports
• Attends daily / weekly calls
• Responds to vendor queries and resolves issues
• Prepares payment proposals
• Performs month end closing activities
• Completes tasks with limited supervision
• Good Communication skills.

Qualification:

• Graduate of Commerce/Accountancy
• 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in the area of Accounts Payable process
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Hands-on experience with Coupa an advantage
• Keen on details
• Good supplier relationship skills and team spirit
• Good analytical

Customer orientation.

Important: Good Communication skills both oral and written. Ability to interact with clients.

Good to Have skills: -

• BPO experience.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Good Communication skills.
