- Experience: 1-3 Years Location: Gandhinagar ( Preference local candidate residing in or around Gandhinagar) Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Developer with 13 years of experience to join our team. The role requires expertise in designing and developing responsive websites using WordPress, creating intuitive desktop, web, and mobile application forms and crafting visually compelling graphic assets like brochures, logos, and leaflets. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual who thrives on delivering impactful designs across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Website and Application Design: Design and develop responsive, SEO-friendly websites using WordPress, other technologies. Create and enhance user-friendly interfaces for desktop, web, and mobile applications. Graphic Design: Create engaging graphic materials, including brochures, logos, leaflets, banners, and posters. Use tools like CorelDraw and Photoshop to deliver high-quality visual content. Ensure designs align with the companys branding and client requirements. UI/UX Development: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for websites and applications. Optimize designs for usability, responsiveness, and accessibility. Conduct user testing and iterate designs based on feedback. Content Management: Manage and maintain website content using WordPress, ensuring functionality and updates. Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues on WordPress sites. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with developers, marketers, other team members to deliver cohesive designs. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions. Quality Assurance: Test designs across various devices and browsers to ensure performance and responsiveness. Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and industry trends. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors / Masters degree in any discipline, preferably from Computer Science. 13 years of experience in UI/UX design and development. Proficiency in WordPress and front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Expertise in graphic design tools like CorelDraw, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and cross-platform compatibility. Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch). Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. A strong portfolio showcasing website designs, application forms, and graphic projects Following skill sets will be an added advantage: Knowledge of additional CMS platforms like Joomla or Drupal. Experience with SEO best practices and optimization techniques. Familiarity with frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS. Digital marketing. Basic understanding of motion graphics or video editing.
