- House of Anita Dongre is hiring Brand and Communication Manager for AND & Global Desi brand! Role & Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Day-to-day management of social media accounts, independently and in collaboration with support teams Planning and management of content calendar, copy-writing for social media. Ideation and execution of multimedia content which includes innovative written posts, static creatives, and Videos Week on week reporting of the brand performance Proactiveness in coming up with innovative digital campaign plans for new collection launch and topical ideas Be aware of current digital trends and how the same can be implemented for the respective brand to make it stand out Plan and execute social media campaigns & new initiatives PR Agency & Network Expansion Monitoring and coordinating with respective agencies Actively staying abreast of the brand image on social network marketing sites. (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest) Brand Communication Monitor competitive brand, communications and product development activities and to actively share key findings internally. Job Requirement: Overall Experience: 3+ years of experience in Marketing / Brand Management/Digital Ad agency background Industry Experience: Fashion / Retail / Lifestyle/ Digital Agency Educational Qualification: Graduation / Post Grad/ MBA in marketing Behavioral Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, proactive, team player & able to meet deadlines. Technical Skills Required: Knowhow of marketing strategies, out of the box thinker & innovative.
