Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 1-2 years with any Sales Experience

Industry Background  Any sales in field

Ctc up to 3 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they are acquiring licensing in order to achieve the sales target set by the company.
• It is motivating the advisors to achieve the sales target set by the company.
• Provide on-the-job training and manage & monitor the performance of the advisors.
• Relationship management with stakeholders.
• Maintain persistence for the policies procured by the team of advisors to achieve the profitability of the team overall.
• Help existing clients in claim settlement and solve queries of them
• Gaining business from existing customer's referrals
