Job Description

Roles and responsibilities: - Participate in Stakeholder interviews, workshops, and design reviews to define data models, pipelines, and workflows. - Analyse business problems and propose data-driven solutions that meet stakeholder objectives. - Experience on working on premise as well as cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure). - Should have extensive experience in GCP with a strong focus on Big Query, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data solutions to support analytics and business intelligence needs. (GCP is preferable over AWS & Azure). - Design and implement robust data models to efficiently store, organize, and access data for diverse use cases. - Design and build robust data pipelines (Informatica / Fivertan / Matillion / Talend) for ingesting, transforming, and integrating data from diverse sources. - Implement data processing pipelines using various technologies, including cloud platforms, big data tools, and streaming frameworks (Optional). - Develop and implement data quality checks and monitoring systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Technical and Functional Skills: - Bachelors Degree with 7+ years in Data engineering, Visualization & Automation related implementations & consulting. - Proficient in GCP data services including BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Composer. - Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience with relational and non-relational databases. - Active client partner & architect for end-to-end cloud solutions in Google Cloud and related services. - Program delivery, scope & risk management of data solutions. - Expertise in Storage, Data Modeling and Data pipeline solutions. - Implemented data quality measurement and management solutions for enterprise warehouses. - Contributor/Collaborator in best practices building, process improvements and governance. Tools/Certifications: Platform Google Cloud, AWS (S3, Redshift) Programming - Python, SQL ETL Tools SSIS, Alteryx, Stitch. Visualization Tools - Tableau 8-9 series, Power BI,
