Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end content production process, from ideation to execution. Develop, conceptualize, and manage original contentincluding TV shows, web series, and digital media projects. Collaborate with writers, directors, and production teams to ensure a seamless creative workflow. Provide creative input on scripts, story development, and production planning. Ensure content aligns with the platforms vision and audience preferences. Work closely with post-production teams to oversee editing, sound design, and final delivery. Draft, edit, and manage documentation related to OTT operations, including content strategies, proposals, and production reports. Stay updated on industry trends, audience insights, and emerging content formats to drive innovation. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in content designing, production, television, or OTT platforms. Strong understanding of the creative and production process for films, web series, and digital content. Experience in both fiction and non-fiction content development. Excellent writing and editing skills for documents related to content planning and OTT operations. Ability to multi-task, manage projects efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of the OTT ecosystem, content trends, and audience engagement strategies. Passion for storytelling and a keen eye for high-quality content. Understanding of technology stack related to production and broadcast (CDN, Live streaming etc) Education Mass communication will be preferred but any education background with experience will work.
