Job Title : Team Leader

Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced team leader to oversee and manage a team of sales to insure high performance efficiency, and customer satisfaction, efficiency and customer satisfaction. the ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, problem- solving and communications skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead , mentor, and motivate a team to achieve individual and team targets.
Monitor team performance through key mentrics
Conduct regular team meetings, training, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues effectively.
Ensure adherence to company policies processes and quality standards.
collaborate with others departments to improve operations and customer experience .
Generate reports on team performance and provide insights for improvements
Assist in hiring and training new team members.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role in Sales .
Education : Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities .
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines .
proficiency in CRM software ,MS office, and reporting tools
