Job Description

Position - DGM/AGM - Sales (Electric Poles / Transmission Tower)


Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh


Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth in the Poles segment.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with government agencies, infrastructure companies, power distribution firms, EPC contractors, and municipal corporations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
• Drive tendering, bidding, and pricing strategies for government and private sector projects.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential business risks.
• Work closely with the production, design, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide forecasts to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive high performance.
• Knowledge of government tenders, PWD, utility companies, and EPC projects.
• Travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
