Job Description

  1. Identifying and prospecting potential customers through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  2. Building and maintaining relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  3. Presenting products or services to customers and demonstrating how they can meet their needs.
  4. Negotiating prices and terms of sales agreements with customers.
  5. Creating and following up on sales leads and opportunities.
  6. Achieving sales targets and goals set by the company.
  7. Providing excellent customer service and support to customers throughout the sales process.
  8. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records and documentation.
  9. Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
