Job Description
- This role requires experience on IT Network Infrastructure (Voice & Data) for providing operation support for Telecom & Network Infrastructure at Bangalore & Chennai and technical execution of changes as part of new initiatives. The Value You Deliver Reporting to Team Leader and would be responsible for Telephony Infrastructure, Network Operations & Projects related to Telephony Infrastructure, LAN, WAN, MAN, WLAN. Primary role would be to Manage the Avaya CM infrastructure which comprises of Avaya CM 8.x, Avaya Session Manager, Avaya System manage, Avaya AES, NICE Call recording Platform and additionally manage Heterogeneous Network Infrastructure comprise of Cisco & HP Switches, Aruba Wireless. Person requires having excellent communication skills with analytical and problem-solving skills as its a hands-on technical role. Technical / Behavioral You need to have hands-on experience in managing Avaya Enterprise Telephony Infrastructure (CM 8.x/), H323 & SIP connectivity for Avaya & Non-Avaya Telephony integration, NICE call recording platform, CDR for call billing and regulatory requirements, Audio-conferencing solution etc. You are expected having fair knowledge on Routing & Switching Technologies / Protocols such as BGP, OSPF, HSRP, STP, SNMP etc. Knowledge in Telecom space for various LAN/WAN Circuits. You are expected having fair knowledge on Aruba Wireless infrastructure and Automation/Scripting and Network Monitoring & Reporting Tools. Structured and methodical in problem solving, ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Clear understanding of Priority & Severity. Clear understanding of ITIL processes; Change, Problem, Incident and Release management practices. The Skills that are Good to have for this role You need to be Customer oriented, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. A positive can do will do attitude is essential. Organized with good attention to detail. Effective communication, able to work with teams, Good Documentation & presentation skills The Expertise Were Looking For 4 years in IT / ITES (Enterprise Telephony on Avaya) Graduate / Maters in Computers or Electronics Technical certification: ACA / ACS / ACE, CCNA (Voice or R&S), CCNP Process Certification: ITIL, ISO 20K,
