Scrum Master with Development Experience Experience: 5 to 7 years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Guide and Scrum Master. This dual role requires a blend of technical developer expertise and agile project management skills to design innovative solutions and support cross functional teams in delivering high-quality software products. Key Responsibilities: Skills: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Developer working in .Net, C++, C#, Python and or other common coding languages. Proven experience as Scrum Master in a software development environment. Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications such as Azure certification and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and support the process to translate them into technical specifications. Skills: Technical experience in software development, cloud computing, and system integration. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable plans. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.,
