The Business Analysts would be in charge of managing the Atlas 2 Comptency team and would act as a bridge between Finance & Risk departments and Application Support & Development teams. In this position, the analyst understands the issues / requirements raised by users, helps the team to analyse it functionally & technically and co-ordinates with different application support and development teams to provide a resolution.

Responsibilities
Enhancements & Maintenance
Manage, analyze and implement requirements from users for parameterization, scheduling and analysis.
Address user queries and issues on functional topics and coordination on integrated technical topics.
Coordinate monthly and quarterly close processes between Finance and IT teams.
Planning and coordinating with stakeholders for implementing changes.
Testing:
Perform functional, integration, regression and systems testing where there is a change in the upstream systems along with standardized the testing process and documentation
Implementation
Co-ordinate with the stakeholders to obtain approvals and sign off on the change
Develop implementation plans with Finance Users and IT
Provide post implementation support including troubleshooting, track business process changes etc.
Contributing Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the team to ensure administration, reporting, resiliency, etc.
Collaborate with Global Finance, Risk users and the BA and IT community to improve processes
