II. Functions / Key Results Expected
Role:
Manages regional IT operations, day to day activities of region, Handles resident engineers and allocates work to ensure business operation is managed without any IT related challenges.
Works with HO team in implementation of new software / hardware across the region.
Act as SPOC for all IT related discussion. Takes care of new kitchen opening and new kitchen in specified region.
Have sound knowledge of ERP and Infrastructure. Pruriency in Networking (WAN,LAN,WLAN), Internet and Bandwidth, O365 (E-Mail, One Drive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Operating Systems (Patches and Hardware Resolution), Backup and Storage related problems resolving, Active Directory and Group Policy related.
Identify potential areas for process improvement, evaluate, and recommend new products, technologies for Kitchen Operations. Ensure that solutions, processes, and business knowledge is documented and communicated.
Job Description:
ERP:
- Development of the ERP for TAPF Food Manufacturing Plant across the Narsingi Cluster with 8 plants .
- Responsible for ERP implementation, coordination with team, testing, training and maintaining.
- Responsible for whole life cycle of ERP implementation from SRS to User trainings and UAT.
- Running regular checks on network and data security
- Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
- Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation
- Designing training programs and workshops for staff
- Conducting regular system audits
- Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
- Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
- Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
- Providing direction for IT team members
- Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
- As Business Analyst, responsible for Managing requirement gathering, system analysis and finalization of technical / functional specification.
- Defining best practice for project support and documentation.
- Managing smooth implementation and testing of application.
- Providing post-implementation, application maintenance and enhancement support.
- Liaising with Central Office team.
- Managing & providing technical guidance/support to the implementation team.
- Delivering and implementing the projects as per schedule milestone.
- Defining suitable methodology to undertake the project with the available inputs for requisites output.
- Interfacing with management for business requirement gathering, conducting system analysis and finalizing technical/functional specification.
- Develop the BI reports and detailed business reports from the data warehousing technique.
IT Infrastructure Role:
- Develop IT Greenfield in more than 8 sites of the company which is at across the district.
- Responsibilities include analysis, installation, maintenance, and modification of IT infrastructure and DMS.
- Responsible for providing and maintaining EDP.
- Creating the managerial as well as business processes report using DMS.
- Time to time also conducting the training session for EDP and DMS user.
- Providing the desktop or laptop system administration and support to the network. Ensure system connectivity of all servers, switches, CCTV camera, shared software and other applications.
- Manage and deploy IT system and patches.
- Ensure the compatibility of the hardware and software of the system by determining it.And purchasing and deal with the Hardware vendor and IT services Vendor
- Evaluation and recommendation of new hardware and software.
- Providing support and assistance in initial installation of the system setup and maintenance of the user account, data management, etc.
- Resolution of hardware, software and system issues.
- Daily backup monitoring & trouble shooting.
- Project co-ordination of implementing the web based Payroll and HRMS for 8 sites of The Akshaya Patra Foundation in Narsingi Cluster
