Duties and Responsibilities - Guide team to delivers Innovations. Builds on the ideas of others with track record of delivering breakthrough thinking. Manages Complexity under payment domain for BFL DMS team to help recovery officers in there day to day work. Strips out unnecessary structure processes products. Keeps things simple. Explains complex ideas and concepts in simple terms. The incumbent will be responsible for the below roles and responsibilities: Accountable for end to end management of DMS Mobility App Agency Management Portal and periphery B2B portals. Accountable for platform level Strategy Solutioning project Execution. Accountable for managing entire activity of project management for One App and Collection Portals. Accountable for seamless Change Management (Enhancement BPR Rollout). Well-versed with BRD/Functional Spec writing User Story Wireframing. And should be able to do these activity by own also. Accountable for tracking project progress and mitigate risk and raising timely red flag. And reporting/presenting to senior management. Responsible for tracking respective KPI/Control Chart for end to end platform governance. Capable of maintaining professional relation with DMS Vorticial Heads and Senior Management. Should be able to provide technical solution by automation. Should be well versed with Software Product Development (design/solution) thinking. Should be capable to maintain team productivity in stressful situation. Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.
* Major Challenges - To execute cross-functional digital projects as per agreed timeline and in-line with DMS Business RBI legal & compliance guidelines. To solve problems for issues that may emerge in the fulfillment space in course of a cross-functional digital project Mobility App and Web Portal. Identify high customer impact processes within fulfillment and transform them via digital. To make sure real time product & platform support to field team To make sure resource attritions are within threshold limits
* Key Decisions / Dimensions - Team hiring & onboarding To execute cross-functional digital projects maintain and manage agreed timelines. To track team KPI and performance of direct reportees Allocation of project and task as per the defined skill set and individual bandwidth availability

* a) Qualifications Graduate / Postgraduate with minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience (2+ years of experience with Bank/Financial Institution is preferred). b) Work Experience More than 7-10 years of experience in financial industry Experience in Project Management, Payment platform & channels, Semi technical understanding of APIs, Loan life cycle understanding. Mobile App designing & development delivery will be an added advantage Well-versed with SDLC concept and have been part of execution. Hands-on experience in working on Web/Mobile application as programmer or Business Analyst. Must have experience in leading a team of 4 to 12 members (Programmer, BA, QA). Hands-on experience in MS SQL/Azure. Must have hands on experience with at least one programming language. Should be clear in thought with OOAD/OOPs concept. Hands-on experience on AI/ML based application will be an added advantage. Should have depth knowledge of managing development iteration & Estimation technique. In depth knowledge in MS Office applications, expertise in Excel & PowerPoint. Must poses Servant Leader quality and Organization 1st approach. Affirmative in nature, Strong interpersonal Skills, Clarity of thought and perseverance
