Job Description

    Key Responsibilities: 1. Network Design and Implementation: Design and deploy scalable, highly available, and secure network architectures. Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. Implement network solutions to support business needs and growth. 2. Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud services. Manage cloud resources, including virtual machines, storage, databases, and networking. 3. Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain network and cloud security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Conduct regular security assessments and audits. 4. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor network and cloud performance and identify and resolve issues promptly. Utilize network monitoring tools to detect and respond to incidents. Perform root cause analysis for network and cloud-related problems. 5. Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with other IT team members to integrate network and cloud solutions with existing systems. Document network and cloud configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. 6. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in network and cloud technologies. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance network and cloud infrastructure. Participate in capacity planning and performance optimization initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Network Engineer and/or Cloud Engineer minimum for 2 years. Extensive knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching minimum for 2 years. Strong understanding of network and cloud security practices minimum for 2 years. Proficiency with network monitoring and management tools minimum for 2 years. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills minimum for 2 years. Strong communication and collaboration abilities minimum for 2 years. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are a plus minimum for 2 years. Work Environment: This position may require on-call availability.
