***@Bo**h provides our developers with CI managed service, ensuring compliance, security and seamless integration to Bosch corporate environment. In order to support the rapid growth of Mac developers within the organization, we are looking for a seasoned Mac Support Specialist who has deep appreciation for MacOS and process excellent customer oriented skills to engage and delight our users. As part of Mac core support team member, he/she would work closely with Product Team based in Singapore and support our users globally to enhance overall user experience with the service.

Key Requirements:

1. Responding in a timely manner to service issue and request within defined service level agreement (SLA)

2. Providing technical support and troubleshooting across Bosch, either in person, writing or through Skype

3. Creating software packages and policies/scripts in device management system (JAMF) in accordance to Software release management workflow

4. Acting as a Mac ambassador to promote the service in Bosch , soliciting users feedback and translating users requirements back to Product Team for evaluation

5. Training junior support members (optional) on Mac topic

Soft skills required:

Fluent English (both written and verbal)

Able to understand and explain to end users, create technical documentation and basic presentation.

Technical issue analysis, troubleshooting and provide solution

Logical, and able to grasp user issue quickly and provide reasonable explanation

Multi-tasking capable

Customer focused

Always stand in customer shoes to see the issue and explain in a way easy for them to understand

Self-motivated

Must work with minimum supervision, take responsibility, and be ready to escalate to Product Team
