Qualification - BE /B TECH IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

Job Description -
A 3D printer is a printing machine that prints or procreates the three-dimensional model of any object/design when the latter is fed into the machine in the form of a 3D file. 3D printers look different from traditional printers and come in a number of designs.
Work closely with our network of 3D printing Manufacturing Partners during the production phase to ensure orders are sourced and fulfilled on-time and as-specified
Monitor all open 3D printing orders with our US Manufacturing Partners, proactively reaching out to customers and/or Customer Success Representatives to be sure everyone is kept up-to-date of any changes that may occur during production
Answer any questions from Manufacturing Partners during and after production using our in-house software, over both email and phone
Efficiently resolve customer disputes by analyzing quality issues and arranging reprints when needed
Build relationships with our Manufacturing Partners to increase engagement, improve on-time rates, and decrease disputes
Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Mechanical Engineers, Supply Chain Managers, and Customer Success Representatives to ensure requests and issues are resolved as quickly as possible
Required Skills -
Review and test printing equipment.
Maintain and repair 3D printers.
Generate new printing ideas
Technical knowledge of 3D printing processes and materials as well as Software
A desire to ensure our customers and Manufacturing Partners have the best possible experience when using 3D Hubs
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict delivery deadlines while managing a large number of different orders at the same time
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems under pressure
A desire to improve efficiency and workflows
An ownership mindset - you stick with an issue until its solved
Strong written and verbal English language skills
