Job Description
- Our client is a premier management consulting firm founded by distinguished alumni of IIMs and XLRI, bringing together over 65 years of collective experience in transforming organizations. They specialize in providing strategic, operational, Sales and financial advisory services to Sub-500 Cr Revenue organizations, helping them navigate their unique growth challenges. The ERP Process Consultant will act as a mediator between the client and the ERP implementation team, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of goals. The role requires strong skills in business process analysis, ERP system configuration, and project management. This role involves working closely with the customers ERP core team, the technical implementation team, and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Help the client to Analyze and document business processes Perform GAP analysis to identify differences between client requirements and ERP functionality. Customize and Configure ERP modules to fit the required business processes across various company departments. Facilitate ERP implementation, from master data migration to functional testing and go-live. Facilitate client training sessions to raise awareness and optimize usage of the ERP system. Handle post-implementation troubleshooting and support. Conceptualize and develop relevant performance dashboards for various functions. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering. 5+ years of experience in onsite ERP implementation and support, with experience in at least 2 ERP implementations in different industries. Strong domain knowledge of end-to-end processes, finance, and statutory compliance. Travel onsite within India. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and clients. Strong analytical skills and ability to map business processes to ERP systems.,
