Responsibilities Working closely with the Solution Design, Technology, Data and Controls workstreams of the Core Programme, in the delivery of an integrated solution; contribute to the management of interdependencies across workstreams. Building relationships with OpCo Procurement and Finance teams to create engagement, improve the design and transfer understanding of the solution to the ultimate user base. Support implementation of Platform, especially in areas of GAP assessment, UAT cycles definition and execution and log issues and risks that surface during implementation, training other team activities and follow-through on resolution of those issues. Working closely with the Business Change team to ensure the changes are effectively delivered and supported post-Go Live for the Pilot OpCos. This would include helping to design and deliver training, overseeing development of Standard Operating Procedures and supporting other transition tasks as required. Experience on Procurement, supply chain management and supplier management process and terminology. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Graduation/ Masters Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Preferred experience/ exposure in any of the following tools any other relevant Supplier Management and Procurement platform CCP2 Zycus HICX Vizibl Connection and Deployment Coupa BSM Platform SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing JAGGAER ONE Basware P2P GEP SMART Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Kodiak Hub Felix Coupa Aravo SAP Ariba/SAP Ariba Procurement Oracle Peoplesoft ERP G2 Deal Functional Knowledge of SAP (preferably SAP S4 HANA) Strong in communication & stakeholder management and in relationship building and collaboration at all levels of the organisation. Good organisational and planning skills. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and deadlines. SOP creation and process standardization. Excellent verbal and written communication Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and able to work effectively with large datasets.
