Position Summary

Global Healthcare Billing Partners is looking for a manager with about five to seven years of experience to work in various capacities in quality, operations and finance as listed below. The core responsibility is to drive efficiency and control costs in areas as may be assigned from time to time.

Responsibilities :-

  • Identify and control wastages of employees in operations, identify and control administrative direct and indirect cost wastages.
  • Prepare and present monthly management reports based on various cost parameters.
  • Hold regular connects with the business stakeholders, understand reasons for efficiency failures and enforce a culture of efficiency, showing tangible results in cost control.
  • Responsible for all US expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Should verify and validate the reports, escalate exceptions, and initiate reimbursements according to the companys policies.
  • Responsible for payments related to organizational expenses and bills with the highest level of integrity.
  • Responsible for vendor management/ procurements in coordination with finance and admin team.

Competencies / Skill Set :-

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Independent worker who can work well with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous
  • Expert in MS-Excel
  • Well versed with data collection, data management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral communication to follow up with US employees for their expenses reimbursement, etc.
  • Person should be authoritative and should get tangible results in reducing wastages.
  • Should be good in costing.
  • Communication and influencing skills, in person and in writing.
  • Attention to detail.

Qualifications:-

  1. Post-graduate degree in commerce, preferably MBA (Finance).
  2. Must have worked in finance, quality, or operations in controlling cost, for at least 5 to 7 years.
  3. Exposure to BPO or Healthcare BPO will be an advantage.
